You think she'd add me to her tab as a sign of good faith? Since she's screwing the one I love, and all. [ Or so he assumes. ] No way that makes us even, but it'd be a step.

Oh, absolutely not, especially if presented like that. [He chuckles fondly.] She'd be quite insulted. Her people are hers and the only one she's going to let tell her otherwise is the person themselves. She adores Noodle Boy and she was still wrangling her instincts to be something fair in regards to us.

Plus, I don't think she's actually slept with Wukong yet. There is a very small window where she wasn't having an emotional crisis.

She can get in line. It's not like he popped out of the ground yesterday like a new shoot.

But, fine. It's not like I can't swipe more booze than I have room for. [ Is thievery how he gets everything he wants? MAYBE. ]

She will absolutely cut the line. I think she knew I had feelings for Noodle Boy before she confessed to me. [And potentially Mei too. At least with everything she's said, he's pretty sure she knew. Hindsight and all.]

True. [He's not against casual thievery, he's not that whipped.] You could also easily convince others here to buy for you if you want the sport. They're really into the 'dark creatures of the night' here.

[ Other way around ] Everything you say about this woman makes me both like her more and less.

I'll take sport over employment. One is fun all the time and one has annoying aspects.

[Listen, its a miracle he got that far.] She is a lot. Being jealous of her isn't the best first impression.

It is quite fun to watch them squirm. I've seen Saya extort them for some pretty extraordinary tips with barely any effort.

Be fair, now. They were probably also nervous that if they didn't tip well enough you'd fry them.

...If your bite mark doesn't work on Wukong, maybe having me work in a place like that would do it. Although things seem to get distinctly seedier down the street, I'll have to poke around.
